“Been going here for years. You won't find too many banks who actually know you by name and treat you as an individual not a number. It's clean, safe, friendly environment and welcoming staff make it so easy to fall in love with the place. They decorate every season. No dust, debris etc. Windows are almost transparent. The place is so modern and the architecture is stunning, that you gawk in awe. It's updated so no old equipment, design or malfunctioning or delayed computer process. The teller's are so sweet and get you in and out without being rude or rushing. If you don't have a good bank yet or are starting out, I highly recommend trying Pioneer banks in general. I've been to many locations and each feel clean, safe, and customer service is 100%. I do not work here or have ever either. This bank is so understanding especially when you overdraft. They explain everything to you in a sweet and respectful manner. They have lollipops for the kids and I'm one of those people who like to be in and out so they are quick and effective. Plus side they have coin machine and it's skips the line.”
“Was really originally going to give this branch a terrible rating because they are on the busiest road Central Ave in Colonie and they had 2 people working. 1 on the drive thru and the other inside. Well the one inside was working with a customer who was depositing 10 checks and a million single dollar bills which jammed the machine like 5 times and the other could do nothing while she was doing that. There were 5 cars piling up in drive thru so I went in and saw the chaos. Well on the drive thru there is one lane for in person and one lane for atm. Well while inside, I and everyone else was told that the atm was an in person online atm which even with deposit would go in immediately upon depositing. I was next in line and it was still getting stuck on the dollar machine, so I took my chances on the atm. Well, what do you know. The atm really did work. It’s amazing and I know a lot of customers don’t know this exists. So I’m getting that out there and this is why I’m writing this review. Thanks Pioneer for this luxury but get this out there to us somehow too.”

“I have been a long timemember at anothzer credit union (I still am) I loved the personalized service I would receive. It was as if everyone knew me- I was in the market to open a new business account. So, naturally, I went to the place I loved.But things were different- they were in the middle of a merger. They seemed less customer focused than before- I felt as if I was in a 'regular bank'So, I left. I wanted to stay with a local credit union, and I walked into a Sunmark. I was greeted right away, and made to feel right at home. I go to various branches through the Rotterdam area.On November 14, 2023 I went to the location at 5 corners, and the teller (I am so bad with names, 4 letters, began with N, and shared a birthday of 11/15 with me ;-) ) She was extremely helpful, and friendly while also being professional. I noticed the other tellers had the same rapport with the other customers they were assisting.Keep u p the great work! It is so refreshing to feel appreciated in this world of "YOU CAN JUST DO THAT ONLINE"Thank you”

“We are new to the community and opened our personal account with Keybank a year ago. There were hiccups in the beginning, names misspelled on our checks, charges being taken that we were not aware of, items that were not posting to our account and a female manager that told us on 2 separate occasions when we had a concern, "It's not my job." Today we went in to open a business account and L. James Greenaway was Awesome!!! He walked us through everything that we needed to know in a timely manner. Extremely Professional and we will go to him in the future for any of our concerns. Great Job James!!!! We truly thank you.”
“This was my main office when I was living in the area. It was a bright spot during the pandemic for me and provided all the services I needed in very dark times. I think what I liked most was how willing they were to connect and work together during the pandemic. Most everything else was closed so it was an awesome experience to get my needs met and in an enjoyable way. As a former banker myself it was amazing to see them work thru logistics of getting the account opened and updated and additional services running. The manager and staff were excellent in those terms and the atm drive up always another bright spot. Still working front lines and have found par services at pnc in nj but this was a real treat to have worked with for the pandemic period start period.-Wasnt sure how to respond to the Response from the owner so updating here. I had a recent experience with the contact center where they were not able to assist we fee resolution from an error in the android app. (i liked the orignal one much more as it was more accurate in my opinion) If you want take a look. It was being sent to the home branch for review. Providing five either way, great office”
