“I cannot even put into words how incredible my vehicle looks. My parents did this for me as a gift, an now I'll never go anywhere else. I have 3 boys, whatever mess you can imagine- mine was 10x worse.... they did such an incredible job, into every nook and cranny. Even the missing AirPods were found! “Originally, I was given Gerry's service as a recommendation from the Rochester British Car Club. After contacting them, Bruce, the main service assistant, gave me a rough estimate of the process and timing for solving an inoperable engine issue. They're a very busy shop so it took longer to get in than I had planned, but they were able to schedule the initial checkup within three weeks. After the checkup, which took a day, they identified the carbs as the root cause and wanted to rebuild them. The estimate for that work was way more than I was hoping for, but I understood the work involved and the hourly rate and it made sense to have them do the work, it's why I was there in the first place.
After they performed the rebuild, the engine now runs like it supposed to, which was such a relief, as I had spent many hours trying to determine the issue myself, to no avail.
Would I recommend Gerry's to others? Yes I would, but as with any quality service these days, the time and hours are going to add up to a significant amount, but was exactly what he estimated. Thanks guys!
Ps... the only reason I gave them 4-stars was the long timeline and the fact that they didn't keep my car as well protected from the weather as I had expected (although in fairness, I'm not totally sure what they did, but it had leaves and debris in it- Roadster no top)”

“No one likes getting into accidents of course. Unfortunately I've had a few of them over the years. I always use this Gerber location to have the repairs done. The staff members are transparent and friendly. They will keep you in the loop on how the job is going and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They always return my vehicle looking brand new as if nothing had ever happened and even detailed my interior. I hope I don't have to visit them again anytime soon. But if I do, I trust them and won't go anywhere else.”

“The dealer told me a few months ago the rear brakes would need to be replaced soon. So they have been getting noisier and making crunching sounds when stopping. This Monro location checked the brakes and told me they have maybe a few months left before needing replacement. This was a very honest recommendation, he could have just said oh yes they need to be replaced now. I wanted the noises to go away so we decided to get them replaced anyway. They had a fair price for just the rear axle brake replacement and lower than a couple other shops i called. Best news was no more noises while stopping after the new pads and rotors were installed ! Great fair location and friendly people !”
