Eric is a guru and has taken care of any issues we've had over the past few years.T-Mobile as a service provider has been fairly decent except for the fact that they dropped the discount for auto pay unless you bill it directly to your bank account. With the past data breaches, we will not and recommend you don't give up the security features of using your credit card for auto pay to anyone.We do plan to switch service providers partly due to this.Thanks again, Eric, for your excellent support.”
