“Convenient location. Nice store (although it's a little small). Very, very nice people!! Really nice. Friendly. Polite. Helpful. Fast service. We've used them for watch battery replacement several times and the watch comes back in a day or two. I saw a sign in the store. It looks like they have a new program - Lifetime watch battery replacement for $22. If you wear a watch every day and you find yourself replacing the battery every year or so AND you plan on keeping the watch for awhile, it may be worth checking this out. Could save you some cash over time. Sign in the window says "We Buy Gold". Haven't done it myself so can't say if they pay top dollar or not. They accept all major credit cards.”

I came in indecisive of what kind of watch I wanted or if I wanted one at all, for that matter. I was actually in the mall to buy sneakers. The sales associate, Thomas, was very welcoming to me when I came in. He took his time helping me and was very “no pressure” about selling me anything. We looked at a few watches and I decided on one I liked. He really took his time explaining the differences of the watches and the quality.
