“If I could give them 6 stars I would.My background: Former small business owner. I also know a little about car repair/maintenance but I can only work on the old stuff (80s) and do oil changes and brakes on the new stuff like my car (2015 Forester XT). With two kids, work, etc--I don't have time to do most of this stuff. If I have the time, I don't have the will.Got tired of going to the dealer. Local mechanic is good, but misdiagnosed an issue once that was kinda basic, so I became a little leery this time last year of continuing to use them.Spent a weekend+ googling and reading Subaru-specific forums, and found these guys. They came with high recommendations. So I went down there.Good bunch of guys and girl(s) that own/run that place. I've watched what they do, and I've seen how they treat every customer when I've been there. Pricing is really fair, and they're honest. Honesty goes a long way with me. I don't live around the corner, and it's a little bit of a pain for me to get there via public transportation when I need to pickup my car, but I'm working on that. It's worth it tho, because I know these guys do things the right way.They will work on virtually anything, but if you're a guy (or girl) with a WRX or STi and you're looking for a place to do upgrades and god knows what else, this is your place. If you're like me and have the WRX just in the Dad version (Forester) it's a wonderful place to take it to know that it's being treated right.They seem to do performance upgrades and routine maintenance all vehicles, but specialize in Subarus.I recently had my 2015 Forester XT here for some deferred maintenance; Spark plugs and a carbon clean/walnut blasting. I kid you not, my car now runs like the day I drove it off the lot 8+ years ago. Dramatic, dramatic difference.I plan my car maintenance now around my days off from work and T&W's availability. Everyone was very professional and informative in explaining everything to be done. No wait, pulled me right in and was completed in 15 minutes. Rick, Chris and Scott serviced and assisted me — they were friendly, communicated well and I was in and out within 15 minutes all while they made sure my car’s oil and other fluids ??? tire pressure was good to go ????”

“They definitely have a whole new auto care crew and staff. I was very impressed that they offer and take appointments (the other staff did not offer that), everything was clearly and professionally communicated and cared for (the other staff had trouble with being nice), and lastly, the current staff took in and cared for a few customers while I was there very quickly including myself (whereas the last staff took in 3 cars and called it a day for whatever excuse they mentioned).
