Although Coram Firestone shared they didn't carry the brand of tire I needed on my Volvo, Shawn advised me that for safety reasons, "there was no way he was letting me drive back to CT with the spare (a mini donut) I had in my trunk." Shawn went out of his way to locate my specific brand of tire, got it in the shop same day (which even my Volvo dealership couldn't do), and installed it. Shawn definitely has the Coram Firestone team set up like a fine-tuned machine. The work was completed quickly.
