The guy who changed my oil was super friendly and smilely as he guided me into the space. The team was super knowledgeable, quick and efficient - much more than any other locations I’ve been to before. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Mike also applied the discount at the end without me reminding him. Would definitely go out of my way to come back to this location.”

He didn't try to up sell me even though I needed two front tires which I already knew. He didn't try to pressure me to buy them right in the moment but did give me a good price if I decided to come back. Seemed hardworking and honest. “Bob's really helped me out! I had a flat screw in my tire found on a Friday as we were leaving for the airport. We were returning Monday night and I needed to get to work early Tuesday morning. I was told just come in the am and we'll get it fixed if it's fixable while you wait. Fortunately my son came home from college and was able to bring in Monday true to their word it was fixed ASAP while my son waited. I plan on using them for all my auto needs.”

“I chose this Walmart Auto Care Center for my vehicle tire replacement (all 4). I ordered/paid tires and made an appointment online, drove 35 miles all the way from NYC to get there (because Walmart doesn't have any stores in NYC and not even an Auto Care Center in Nassau County which is sad). I was on time so everything went smoothly. It took little more than an hour for the whole process of changing 4 tires. I paid installation fees in the store. This installation also includes lifetime balance and rotation & some sort of roadside hazard warranty.The person who worked on my vehicle was Brian, if I'm not wrong, was nice too.I recommend this place for tire work if you live close by. I will go there again for my tire need but I wish Walmart has Auto Care Centers close to where I live. (I want to go there for an oil change, battery etc but this place is too far away, sadly).PS: I noticed, one of the tires has little lower air than the other 3. If it's leaking for some reason I will post it here. Other than that everything is fine.”
