“My husband and I absolutely love Columbus Valet. The dry cleaning is fantastic. They've been able to get years old stains out of my shirts and dresses. My husband takes all of his button downs. Their tailoring is also great. CV has seamlessly added zippers to skirts for me, and fixed tears in a j Mendel gown perfectly. Last but certainly not least, Eli is a gem. Super friendly, reasonably priced, and efficient service. Highly recommend.”

“This cozy clean local laundromat is super convenient. Hours are 730AM - 830PM with last wash at 730PM. The machines are efficient and very economical in comparison to other laundromats in the area. Their washers could be better at spinning though, sometimes the clothes come out a little too wet. You need up needing more time for drying which can be annoying if you’re tight on time. You win some, you lose some - /shrug. The best is Jenny, the attendant who is there M-F is the best. Always has the laundry tips to help and great energy.”

“They do great work with tailoring, but it's extremely frustrating because there is a disconnect with whoever normally answers their phone and the ladies that actually work in the store.Firstly, everyone is very nice/polite. There's no issue with anyone's behavior or the quality of the work. There's just a drop in communication. Whenever I call their shop number, whoever answers the phone speaks English very well and is easy to communicate with. When I go into the store, the ladies working do not speak English very well and I typically have to use Google translate to try and communicate with them. The lady on the phone says one thing, the ladies in the store say another. I had to call multiple times and go in multiple times to make sure my pants got tailored correctly. The price also kept changing, it would be nice to know up front before agreeing to the service.That being said, 10/10 on the tapering of my pants.”
