“I've gone here many times for both dry cleaning and basic alterations (to get dress/skirt hems taken up) and have been quite satisfied with these services, though I haven't used the washing machines/dryers or had laundry done. The establishment is clean and conveniently located near a bunch of metered parking spots and the Target shopping complex. I have found the dry cleaning reasonably priced and the turnaround time of 4-5 days totally within my expectations, and I've been very happy with the tailoring work they've done (seams are straight, cuts are even, everything turns out symmetrically, etc), though I'd probably still go to my full-service tailor in Manhattan for anything more complicated than a hem just because there's nowhere to try things on and the tailor isn't onsite. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I rarely have to wait very long to get my business taken care of. Bring cash!”

“Just moved into the area of Astoria, Queens and I DID NOT have anything to wash my clothing with!! And I have work AND I decided to hang out with a friend to catch up... so that left me NO TIME to get what I need in order to wash my clothings...I mean I do have clothing but I need my work pants lol.So I decided to come by ET laundry since it said it's open 24 hours...although when I got there at 10pm...I was confused as the doors were locked but the workers were there. They pointed at the sign that said last wash was at 10pm...so I thought I was screwed!!! But one of the worker came from the back/other door and told me I can come in. I told them I would like to drop off my clothings (and I prayed it wouldn't be expensive). I was told to put my bag on the scale, to weight it. I was also asked if it was my first time with them (which it was) and told me to write my name. SO! with the weighting and all, it came out to 16 dollars! I was told it'll be ready the next day and I asked specifically what time, and was informed after 5pm would be best. Which is totally fine with me as I ended up picking up my stuff on the Monday ... hahaha. When I picked it up, they have folded all my laundry in my laundry bag and it was so compacted compared to when I first brought it in (where I just threw in my dirty clothes). I mentioned it was $16 but I saw somewhere that you should tip and I gladly did as it was only $16 for my load (it's not a huge one maybe two weeks worth, so it wasn't heavy, nor did I have jeans in the bag or anything). I am so happy with the service, that honestly...I'm not in a rush to buy detergent and do my own laundry...though I will...eventually...when I am all settled in my new place. Will come again!”

“Took my Mackage coat here after another cleaner messed up my fur on the jacket. I asked if they can get the fur back to how it was and they said they will try their best. Picked it up after a week later, they were able to make my fur look normal and removed all the stains. Definitely recommended after this experience”

These guys are the best in Astoria and my favorite dry cleaner in all of my years living in NYC. Charlie is extremely helpful and lovely, as is the rest of the staff, especially the seamstress. “Great service, but you do pay for it. I have not been disappointed with any of my alterations - formal dress, jumpsuit & palazzo pants. They are always able to complete my alterations in a timely manner which I so appreciate. There's also parking at the back of the building which makes it easier to get in and out.”

“I walked here a few feet away from the one on 78th after he became rude. So i went to this laundromat. The lady here, with he limited command of the English language was nice and affable. She explained and helped me get my card and explained, even if I can very well navigate around. She was polite and nice, exactly what a service business should be. The reasons it is 4 is that no wifi, to which the lady apologized, and no bathroom. Hello owner, please try to provide these 2 basics. And maybe sweep the floor every hour?”
