“I went into the drive through, forgetting how many things I actually needed to do. I had to check my name on my account (since I recently got married and changed it), get 3 counter checks, order 2 debit cards for 2 different accounts, order regular checks with my new name and address, and take out money from an account - and Jennifer killed it! She was soooo nice and sweet, double checking on things with me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt terrible since I was in the drive through but she was okay with it and had such a kind smile on her face!”
“Of all the branches of M&T I have been to, the Thruway Plaza is the best. The teller are fast, friendly, treat everyone like family. There never long lines, every teller greets you will welcoming smile and kind voice. All in all it is just a great place to do your banking!”
“I have been a account holder here for quite some time now. I rarely go inside to do business, I mainly just use the ATM. The few times I have had to go inside, the customer service was very good. I like this branch mostly because of the location.”

“This has been my bank of choice for about 10 years now. Some of the tellers know me by name, it feels really good to walk into a bank and have a sincere conversation with tellers who know and remember you. Michelle is the best employee and it makes my day to see her. I feel safe keeping my money with them, that they won't nickle and dime me, I have never had to argue with a service rep about an overdraft fee. They have even moved money from my savings to my checking when I was about to overdraft to cover my butt. I am writing this review because they just called me to tell me that they found someone attempting fraud on one of my accounts. That is how much attention they pay to protecting their customers. As long as i live in buffalo, i will bank with BSCU.”
