“A few days after purchasing an item through their website, I received a telephone call from Sports Depot stating that they did not have the item in stock, an older model of Russell youth football pants. They had the same pant in a size small and size large, but I needed a size medium. After requesting a refund to my credit card, the gentleman with whom I was speaking (possibly the manager/owner) asked me if I want the smaller and larger sized pants free of charge. I was surprised to say the least. The gentleman agreed to credit my account and send me two pair of youth football pants. He didn't have to do that. While it was a brief phone call, it was proof to me that their are definitely some customer service-oriented businesses still out there. It was my first experience with Sports Depot, but I fully intend to reach out to the company if I need to make a sporting goods purchase in the future. Thank you Sports Depot.”

“In my experience, tennis shops can be intimidating. Tennis people can be condescending and talk down to you. I went here for the first time today and had quite the opposite experience. Adam (I think the owner) was really nice, friendly, and open and respectful regarding pricing. I was shopping for a new racket. He asked me about my budget from the jump, which I thought demystified the whole process. I got a brand new Babolat racket with same- day stringing (picking up in a few hours). Got a great deal on a dress and shoes as well. I will definitely be back here for more tennis clothes as the selection and prices were amazing. I would recommend this place to anybody both for the service and selection.”

“This is the Go-To Spot to get all of your embroidery designs done! Definitely a good place! Depending on your order, the prices could range anywhere between $100-$600. (If you're getting images and other things stitched and designed ok the back and on the sleeves.) I believe the prices are charged by the letter... Be prepared to wait about 2-3 weeks for your jacket to be done. Overall, they've been great with their work. I've been going there for all of my jackets for years. I recommend them for their work.”

“I asked for a racquet around noon to see if it was in stock and they promptly got back to me. My wife and I were planning to play at 2:30pm that day. I thought, “I wish I could have the new racquet strung and gripped.” Wish came true. They were so thoughtful and told me the racket would be ready at 2pm. Not only that, I didn’t even pay for anything until pickup. The guy who strung and gripped (yes I’m OCD like that) my racket did an absolutely perfect 2 knot job and immaculate, pixel perfect tacky grip. Best retail and customer experience ever. I’m shopping here from now on.”

“My son is just starting lacrosse, and the three workers who were there today couldn’t have been nicer. All were college lacrosse players and were very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell and took the time with my son to see what was best for him. They taped his stick for him and explained basics. I’m sure bigger sports stores wouldn’t have given us this personalized attention nor would they have had the specific expertise. Thanks!!”
“I like a good deal when you find one and this store has it. They have lots of models for Crocs, Birkenstocks, Converse, Vans etc. Even the hard to find Doc Martens have nice styles here. Self service. I like that no one bothers me while i look at what options are available for me. Find the size uou need on your own & try! Go to the counter when you’re ready- that simple. Staff keeps the place orderkg and items are easy to find.”

“Needed a new pair of skates and was recommended by my brother to go see Dante instead of go to a random hockey store and I am extremely glad I did! Dante got me fitted and had me try on multiple skates and find out which ones fit best! He then ordered a special pair in my size for wide feet and I had them quickly shipped to the store where he had them heated and specially fitted to each foot and then he sharpened them absolutely perfectly! An absolutely incredible experience and deal as the price couldn’t of been beat and the knowledge and advice he gives you is brilliant, I would highly recommend going to see him and get your skates the right way if your serious about skating! “Upon entering the store, it wasn't too long before someone asked if I needed assistance and they were courteous. The prices were surprisingly not cheap but affordable. I was expecting to see prices over five hundred dollars and more and while I didn't look at all the brands and generations of sneakers on display the sneakers i glanced at were under three hundred dollars and less than one hundred as clearance or discounted merchandise. Checkout was quick, and cash and card were choices of payment”
