They are very helpful, they also have little docks where the customer can enter the specific type of gender, sneaker brand, style, and the specific sport the sneaker is for, in our case, it was cleated sneakers to play soccer as a birthday gift for my best friends nephew. ⚽️ We were greeted and directed properly, purchased the gift, and given a gift receipt. A pair of Nike's were on sale at every other major retailer and Champs charged full price for the same exact pair. They do price match with foot locker which is great. I do advise to price check with other retailers to get the best deal/ price.”
