Requested a hold on my mail twice and wasn't honored both times. Mike the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional said I need to give a reason for hold but that is not how it works. He knows that as well as I do.

I had a package to return and I stopped by and they made me buy my own tape for a label for $4.And the crackheads outside harassing you for money is irritating.

I go in to get passport services because they have walk in hours listed online. I go in the guy at the counter goes "we don't do passport services on Saturdays" what? Then remove it from online. What a joke.

Worst post office in the city. There is only one person ever behind the desks with 10 or more people always waiting in line. It’s ridiculous. I’ve waited 30 minutes and more every time I’m there. They need a self-shipping machine like Hertel Avenue has to help expedite and more staff.

Horrible staff and they NEVER EVER answer the phone. I called 15 times in a row one day, and the phone rang at least 20 times each time, and not one person picked up! Wish I could give zero stars.
