Requested a hold on my mail twice and wasn't honored both times. Mike the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional said I need to give a reason for hold but that is not how it works. He knows that as well as I do.

The poor customer service I received here is the catalyst for why the USPS is going out of business. RUDE, unhelpful, and crusty ppl, being rude and unhelpfully-crusty.Zero stars, do not recommend.

I had a package to return and I stopped by and they made me buy my own tape for a label for $4.And the crackheads outside harassing you for money is irritating.
