Need training on customer service,
Overall they need help, they need new team members, its not that hard to show respect and show some manners.

I didn't use it personally but when I went to see it it seemed like the service was lackluster they had quite the fleet of U-Hauls available on site but it's also very far to get to so yeah most of your units are outside weather permitting decent size units if you pay the money up front
