If I could give zero star, I would. Customer service is horrible. The way they talk is not welcoming. Y’all need to learn how to talk to y’all customers politely. Will move to another bank where it’s more welcoming. Bye

Worst customer service ever. Their atm machine was broken n not clearly marked, i put my card in and it fell into the broken machine. So i had to go inside to ask them to retrieve it... In my pajamas.
