my flight was running late and so i called customer service to confirm how to access my rental. customer service phone number provided incorrect information about how late i could access the vehicle. we were trying to travel to a funeral and this was absolutely horrible to deal with.

I have been trying to reach someone at this location for hours but no one picks up the phone and there is no email address. My flight arrival changed and I just want to let them know to keep my car that I am still coming. The online app does not help and central reservations will not help. Horrible CX!!!

Rude staff member. I was waiting for my car for over 30 minutes and this lady working when I asked is telling me I am rude for asking how much more time. This is the 2nd time the same thing has happened. I was being made to wait while this lady served new customers and gave them same standard car.Never renting from Hertz again.

I recently rented from this location as my corporate travel accidentaly booked Hertz instead of National which is whomI always use in Buffalo. First rental with hertz in years. I get a nice car and everything is fine until i receive my statement. I filled the car completely full at the Speedway just down the road from the airport. Hertz charges me $140 for gas. You cant call them, they don’t bother to respond to a negative survey. This is a company that is failing its clients. This must be a common practice as they even put a link in their email to submit a gas receipt. Hertz you have lost my business.

Huge slow lines. No cars despite reservation. They insisted I take an electric car or pay $30 a day extra for a different car. Then the electric car had no charge.

Mixed experience. Good - no wait time, car was available clean and ready. Low price. Bad - Adverse weather forced entire county to shut down, but there was no directive from Hertz on what to do - people literally abandoned their car on the ramp to the car rental parking and cops had to come and clear those out. The hertz help line mostly was unreachable to a real human assistance, and when it did, they simply have no clue what's going on or what to do. Inclement weather is not something new or first time happened, there should be a clear instructions on what to do. Literally lost a day, from trip only because I had to return the car.

Overbooks reservations, you might not get the same type of car booked in person.Final expense changes from the initial quote.$10 service fee on toll charges of $0.50 even though I took my toll transponder with me.Better to go with enterprise.

The lady at counter removed the daily toll charge of $7.99 from my reservation without asking. So my bill was less, but then a week later I got a charge for $27.99 per day from Plate Pass. The Plate Pass company charged my credit card twice and I am in a dispute. Go with Enterprise. They send a bill for the tolls and not the Plate Pass scam.

The car rental was perfect and easy, getting back the expensive sunglasses and seat cushion we had accidentally left in the vehicle in a hurry, not so much. I submitted the lost and found report and nothing, I can’t manage to get a single rep on the phone to figure out what happened! The sunglasses I can understand sticky fingers, but the seat cushion too? I just wanted to talk to a real human being that worked there but I can’t get one to answer the phone no matter what button I select! The report is under Peter Hernandez, my husband, for reference. I appreciate the help forwarding the information.

I made my reservation using one credit card, and gave the same credit card I reserved with to the employee at the desk when I arrived for authorization.When I got my receipt, they charged a *completely different* card that I had never approved using, and didn't even bother contacting me to ask about it. I've tried calling them to correct the charge, but the local office phone rang until it automatically hung up on me.They also gave me an EV with no instructions on how/where to charge it, what charge level it should be returned at, or anything else. And when I got into the car, there were a bunch of crumbs in the center console, as if it hadn't even been cleaned between rentals. Absolutely garbage service.

The staff was very nice when I checked in.When renting an EV out to someone, you should really let them know what comes with renting an EV. I have never driven one, so when I got inside the car, I spent about thirty minutes looking through the book to see about starting, driving, nav, radio, etc. There should also be a printed list of charging stations as well as instructions on how and where to charge one. This is especially important if someone has never driven an EV. Fortunately, there was someone at the charging station who was able to assist us.There were only 131 miles left to the charge when rented out to me. I asked the return staff how many miles should be available when fully charged, and they said around 240. They also rushed me. And I forgot something in the back seat of the car. Just because you're running behind and doesn't mean you have the right to rush others.This was booked through my employer. I did not know they had reserved me an EV.
