Gold membership means nothing here. 50% of the time you can't go directly to the kiosk. You have to wait in a huge line at the counter with no dedicated line for Gold.

horrible experience. was charged for 5 extra days after i returned the car. customer support and the buffalo airport location will not take calls.

Horrible experience, dropped of vehicle on the 6th at 10 am and the rental agreement is still open and it’s 2 days later. Customer service says wait 24 hours and it should be closed but it has now been 48 and still no update!
