2.8 stars sounds about right . The guy at the counter (Alister) was acting like I was inconveniencing him. Breathing all heavy like he had an attitude. Besides it took forever . He asked if I want to open an account… no thanks .

They have the worst customer service. All their phone agents sound bored and have no interest in helping you. The in-bank tellers are probably worse with their passive aggressive comments to you.
It’s no big deal. It’s not like you have my money I need to pay bills with. Just take your time and I can get evicted!
