Nothing like a brick and mortar structure with a front desk to tell you "that service is only available online." Poor business model with sub-standard employees

Looking for an account that's easy for travel. Schwab is the place many people recommend. In order to open a checking account you need to have a brokerage one as well. So now I have 2. Coming to the place in person wasn't there greatest experience. But ok.
