“I’ve been coming here for 2+ years and must leave a review for exceptional customer support at front desk and the studio has good selection of instructors. Best times to come is on weekdays from 12-2pm. It gets crowded on the weekends and I don’t get the same quality of workout. I used to have a membership here and did not have too much issue cancelling; I can’t same the same about other workout studios near the neighborhood. I have been getting unusual amounts of pushy texts to start a membership which is a little annoying but I understand they have a quota to meet and respect the hustle.”

“Marche' rue Dix sits on Bedford Ave a couple of blocks from Franklin ave where it enjoys a more quiet and deliberating experience. On the corner is cafe rue dix a wonderful Senegalese restaurant owned by the same couple. This is more than a clothing store , there are jewelry imported from Senegal along with teas , spices, and locally made skincare products, hair and cosmetics. And a high art nail studio that uses non-toxic nail products. A treat from Senegal to right here in the borough of Brooklyn.”

Needless to say, we went back, were greeted with the warmth and styled with the keen eye of Yael — and walked away with a few pieces that are beautifully made, extremely versatile, and fit my “PPW” category (price per wear), i.e., investment pieces that will go the distance. That said, I think the prices are actually quite reasonable in comparison to some of the other boutique shops in the area. AND from what I read online about Meg, she rides for causes that are also close to my heart, so even better to be stimulating the economy in this store. Thanks, Yael, and thanks, Meg!
