Love this place. Difficult classes that make you sweat, instructors that make sure you use good form.
I can't ever leave Bed-Stuy, because how could I live without this gym?

For the price you can't beat it. Never overcrowded and can always get whichever machine you want. I've been going there for over 5 years. The lead trainer is the man to talk to if you have any questions.

Been going since February and a wonderful environment to learn Pilates...lots of classes and fantastic instructors...small and intimate...great value also...Ife has great vision!!
