The staff was polite, gave clear instructions, and verified everything with me in a professional manner. Also, the facility was very clean, and the wait time was short. It was great service overall.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and communicative. The check-in system however is really confusing. On my two visits the system told me the waiting time was 90 minutes or longer; as I was ready to leave someone came out and invited me in within one minute. Location was 5 mins from place of employment. Only 5 to 7 min wait and a quick in and out. I could not ask for anything more. Makes life so much more convenient.
