I took a pilates class here and was amazed by how quickly the hour went by! It was challenging but not overwhelming. I can't wait to try some of the other classes.

I spent years trying to find a yoga studio that balanced breath work with meditation and peaceful movement, and ONEYOGAHOUSE is it! Incredibly professional, beautiful classes, and a clean and well-run studio. Truly the best yoga studio in NY.
