We were in from out of town for our son’s wedding in Williamsburg and stopped in to see if they could take care of some items that had been packed in our suitcases with a quick turnaround - Customer service is key to this business - the answer was YES from the moment we walked in the door - 2 formals, 3 dress shirts a suit and pants for the rehearsal dinner all beautifully steamed and pressed for the big event! My Favorite Cleaners took a load off this mother’s mind!”

“Very quick and prompt service! The owner is so nice and whenever he sees me struggle with the bags he’s always out to help me! Very sweet guy and his service is top notch, my clothes always smell fresh and folded perfectly! I definitely recommend! Their prices aren’t too bad neither for a drop off!”

“Super easy and awesome service. I don’t need a wash AND fold but I do need the wash portion! I was spending hours waiting around my neighborhood laundromat for my clothes to finish in the wash and hoping there was a free dryer when I got back. Celsious allows me to drop off my clothes and come back in two hours to them all back in the bag ready to go home. The best part is if I can’t get them that day they hang onto them for me until I’m ready. It’s such a time saver and their prices are really fair. Honestly, there are some cases where it’s more expensive to pay for the regular laundromat and take cash out to get quarters…so this is really convenient!”

“I did my own laundry. $5 for using the larger size washer machine and about $1.25 for 35 minutes of drying. It was clean inside and helpful staff. Inside is a quarter dispenser. Had no issues and was pleased with this location.”

“I have also been patronizing Kingsbridge Cleaners for 20+ years. I continue to bring my clothes here to be cleaned and tailored due to the consistent care and quality of work they do to prepare them. I most recently brought in a dress my mom made for me when I was one year old. The dress needed a vintage-type ribbon added, and it needed to be dry-cleaned. My eyes sweltered when I saw my vintage childhood treasure in the gift box it was packed in. Victoria found/selected a ribbon that matched the dress perfectly. The dress was perfectly laid upon pre-formed tissue, giving it shape, and meticulously placed in a gift box with a gift ribbon tied with a bow. I can not thank Victoria enough for the attention she gave to this dress, which I am gifting to a new mom of a little girl. “I was worried about giving my expensive wool suit, but Martini did a great job!The suit had some sand and mud stains (I’ll tell you that story later) and they got them all out and kept the suit color, texture looking perfect.They’re not cheap but it’s worth it”

“I am enamored with Coleman. We were quoted an outrageous amount of money for the dry cleaning of suits in our neighborhood. I called Coleman and it was literally 10% of the total I was quoted for the suits with Coleman ($38 v. $400). The owner was lovely to speak with. They picked them up and had them back as promised within 24 hours in perfect condition. We are officially switching.”

“I like the machines I get my monies worth but thank God I can try and understand. I came here and really asked how the card services work I really was not sure. I asked a slender dark skin woman that works there and the response she gave me was not the best. She stated " read what it says and do" and turned around when I asked again she restated again the same. Also a customer was in front of her and instead of her saying excuse me she blatantly said "move" eventually I figured it out but she seems always so unhappy or just don't really want to be there. I will continue comming but won't ask her anything. The music very loud at times and she over uses the lysol. If any one has allergies or is sensitive to the noise or fumes will have to sit outside. Over all I do like and will continue to come but mo verbal between her and I will happen too disgruntled”
