We were in from out of town for our son’s wedding in Williamsburg and stopped in to see if they could take care of some items that had been packed in our suitcases with a quick turnaround - Customer service is key to this business - the answer was YES from the moment we walked in the door - 2 formals, 3 dress shirts a suit and pants for the rehearsal dinner all beautifully steamed and pressed for the big event! My Favorite Cleaners took a load off this mother’s mind!”

“I did my own laundry. $5 for using the larger size washer machine and about $1.25 for 35 minutes of drying. It was clean inside and helpful staff. Inside is a quarter dispenser. Had no issues and was pleased with this location.”

they right away sent me sauce and more of the item they sent me another portion fresh within minutes

I went to so many cleaners that turned me away for this one intricate dress but Strickland cleaners walked me through the whole process and it came out perfect!! Also - you can’t beat their quotes. They are the best.”
“I was worried about giving my expensive wool suit, but Martini did a great job!The suit had some sand and mud stains (I’ll tell you that story later) and they got them all out and kept the suit color, texture looking perfect.They’re not cheap but it’s worth it”

“I like the machines I get my monies worth but thank God I can try and understand. I came here and really asked how the card services work I really was not sure. I asked a slender dark skin woman that works there and the response she gave me was not the best. She stated " read what it says and do" and turned around when I asked again she restated again the same. Also a customer was in front of her and instead of her saying excuse me she blatantly said "move" eventually I figured it out but she seems always so unhappy or just don't really want to be there. I will continue comming but won't ask her anything. The music very loud at times and she over uses the lysol. If any one has allergies or is sensitive to the noise or fumes will have to sit outside. Over all I do like and will continue to come but mo verbal between her and I will happen too disgruntled”

“Recently moved out here a month ago, I have to say I only been to 2 laundromats n this is the 3rd and the best. Its my first time here and I’m comfortable!! Its clean. Everything is clean. There’s so many options in washing machine sizes and the dryers as well, Again it’s clean!! and there’s enough tables for folding!! Quarter activated machines, And the service, definitely a welcoming experience ??

“This story is going to take a minute to write so buckle in.I purchased a vintage Alyn Paige blazer over the summer and wore it once before dropping it off at Xpres laundry to be dry cleaned. I picked it up and put it on a few weeks later. It had shrunk, significantly. Like it was unwearable. And sadly, this item was no longer made and I couldn’t find it online anywhere to repurchase.I took it back to Xpres Laundry and explained in great distress what had happened. They called the boss and sent it back to the dry cleaner (they send out).I picked it up the next week and the dry cleaner mistakenly dry cleaned it again, shrinking it more.At this point I asked for compensation and had given up.They insisted on sending it back one more time. I agreed.Two full weeks later tonight I am back here doing my laundry and I checked on where my blazer was. I was told it would be here in an hour.So I wait and the dry cleaner brings the blazer and waits for me to try it on.It fits perfectly. He had let out all of the seams and resewed them with a white lace inside.I cried.This is long and dramatic, but the moral is that whoever is in charge cared enough to make this right, and the dry cleaner went above and beyond to repair my favorite piece of clothing.”

They are kind, respectful with our clothes, and have never lost more than a few socks here and there (which is understandable). Highly recommend!!”
