1089 Pacific St, Brooklyn“While visiting Brooklyn last week from Texas, my daughter encouraged me to go with her to this gym that she raves about. It was easy to see why she enjoys this gym! I went to 2 classes - one on 5/15 with Mike and one on 5/16 with Anwar, and both classes were equally killers and motivating at the same time! Both instructors are excellent, and they showed me how to modify the exercises to be able to complete them. Highly recommend this place regardless of your age!”

5723 2nd Ave, Brooklyn“I absolutely love this place the pricing is extremely reasonable. Alex is such a great person! He truly cares about your health and fitness. I love working out together as a team and everyone is super encouraging. If location can receive 10 stars I’ll be more than happy to give that! I’ve seen results in one week! Love it here!”
“This gym has the most wonderful neighborhood environment. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The classes are SO FUN and I never feel too intimidated to ask any questions. It's a wonderful place to work out and motivates me to show up! I have the most consistent routine of my life at the moment and I credit Harbor with making it such a joy to workout. Also the staff are super friendly and inviting! I can't recommend it highly enough.”
“There's no one like Mark! Best classes with the best energy. I never worked out regularly before starting here and can't recommend it enough- don't hesitate.”

98 S 4th St space b, Brooklyn“I've been to countless workout classes across NYC and Brooklyn. This is the first gym I've become a member of. The classes are intentionally programmed to challenge you daily and progress weekly. You're not getting annihilated by coaches whose goal is to make you vomit. These instructors truly watch your form and make you a better athlete for it. There's no better place to train.”
5AM - 11PM
2858 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn“I love this gym in specific. They are ALWAYS available parking lot, its always clean, staff are way too nice and understandable. One day my shake drop and the floor was super messy, after I called someone to pass me the mop, they reject me of doing it and clean it right away with no face, no complaint and no attitude, they 100% understood it was an accident.I come before they open, when when the guy open the door receives everyone with a “morning sister/brother”, the atmosphere and the feeling of home. I just love it too much, the only time I don't recommend a lot of people to go it's in the afternoon because it's fully pack even though they have multiples machine of the same to avoid the long wait. Like I said 100/10 I LOVE IT.”
6AM - 9PM
145 34th St, Brooklyn“I've been a member of Brooklyn Fitness gym for the past few months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best gyms I've ever joined. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of equipment, so there's something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend Brooklyn Fitness gym to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience!”

“Great Gym! Over the years I have trained with various trainers. Sam is above them all. He understands the Body and mind and pushes you to maximize each session. In a mere 2 months since I’ve joined I’m seeing real results in both aspects.”

“"Best trip ever!!!" That is all I heard from both students and parents as we sadly exited Ferox Ninja Park.
As a NYC teacher for 19 years, Ferox was right up there with one of the most well-rounded field trip experiences I provided for my students. Starting with Zack and trickling down to the entire coaching staff (comprising of ACTUAL ninja warriors), everyone was so knowledgeable and accommodating to our class. The coaches we were blessed with on our field trip were Kevin Carbone and Ramcis Valdez. My students and eye watched YouTube videos of them in action prior to our excursion so you can imagine their delight when meeting these heroes in person. They guided the students through every obstacle course by modeling and providing professional tips.
If you are a NYC teacher and are looking to provide a unique field trip experience for your students that breaks from the norm, I could not recommend Ferox Ninja Park any higher.”
“Great environment filled with great energy, very clean and privacy is respected here, an all-women gym that actually means only women, no male instructors, not even UPS is allowed inside ?Many classes offered through out the week & 1-1 training and awesome new management & new deals!”
“F45 is an amazing franchise on its own but this branch alone takes the cake. The coaches aren’t just there going through the motions. They’re there for you and your goals and are fully present with each class. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

2244 Church Ave, Brooklyn“For what you pay this is a great deal in the city. The friendly staff (especially Tamika who sets a great tone for the day at check-in) and extensive equipment make up for anything someone might take issue with.”
“I absolutely love it here! The community is extremely welcoming and makes you want to come back every day. The small class sizes ensures that you are seen and supported by the coaches. Even on days you don’t feel like going, something about TFW forces you to get up and go. It is worth EVERY penny!!”
“Rachel gives the best massage in NYC. I've now followed her to 3 different locations and recommend her to everyone I know. If you need a healing, attentive and effective massage you don't need to look anywhere else. I'm jealous of you actually, if you're finding Rachel by browsing Google maps, you just saved yourself a lot of effort.”

“OT Park Slope has surprised me in the best way possible and taken me out of my comfort zone in many ways - which is a beautiful thing. I cannot stress enough how much I despise ANY type of workout, ha. I have been comfortably practicing the same type of hot yoga for 20 years now and just decided to introduce something new to my 44 year old body. In the short time that I have been taking class here - barely a month and 15 classes so far - I noticed that I already feel stronger in my body and more “even” when I walk - people with injuries will understand this. Also definitely have more energy and do not feel as sluggish.
I think the gym is great, not too small but also not too big. I can be invisible on days I don’t feel like being noticed but also receive instructions on days I am open to them. The floor exercises can be confusing at times but I just try to do my best and then inevitably I feel great after class.
The best part are the humans who work here. I love how different each coach is in their coaching style but also in their taste in music. If I had to pick a favorite it would be Will or Maddy. But never a sub par experience though.
I really enjoy this (NOT during, but after haha!) and will keep returning. Thank you, OT Park Slope.”

9215 4th Ave, Brooklyn“Huge gym with two floors and a lot of excersize equipment. I upgraded to all access so I can have the option to go to any harbor fitness clubs and use different machines. They have the steam rooms and sauna rooms, but I have not yet tried them. They also have a yard that proves to be great, especially in the warmer weather season. The staff and vibes are always good at harbor clubs. I'm glad to be a member.”
“Just had my first OT class and it was AWESOME. Mike is an excellent coach. He motivates you to push harder and get after it. Loved it. Would definitely go again.”
“Just started personal training here and already seeing great results in the past three weeks! Jared, my trainer, is very professional and flexible with scheduling, and knowledgeable and patient in planning the best exercises for my goals and ensuring I’m using the right form doing them. The gym also has a very friendly, open, and intimate atmosphere.”
