Fried's Hardware & Houseware in New York is a much bigger store inside than it looks. It is a great convenience, located close to the train. They have everything you need, from hardware like locks, plumbing, and electrical supplies to a wide selection of housewares, dishes, utensils, and organization containers. They make keys on the spot and even have a keilim mikveh on site. The staff is very nice, helpful, and never makes you feel annoying. There are always enough people behind the counter to provide very good service. They are a highly recommended one-stop shop for all home improvement and houseware needs.
