Old-school hardware store, staffed with people that know what they're doing. They'll have the hard to find pieces of hardware, every key they copy works. Great to have these guys in the neighborhood.

I needed a piece for my toilet, it was the rubber plug to stop the water and fill the tank. I had gone to a few places and none of them had what I needed.
