Service takes too long, failure to notify of backlog or even ongoing status updates, long wait for parts, failure to get high ratings results in reprocussions to employees and getting admonished through a phone call for relaying my true experience...Bye Brooklyn Jeep.

Please note that while our physical showroom is currently closed, our virtual showroom is always open! Visits to our physical showroom are by appointment only and only in reference to a delivery. Our Service and Parts department will be fully operational for any of your service needs. However, out of an abundance of caution, we will not be able to provide a loaner service at this time.
