“I was a little confused at first since we really didn’t speak much even when I was trying to explain the issue. But he seemed confident he and just brushed me off. Which rubbed me the wrong way at first. He only took my cell number and told me he’d call me. And low and behold he did two days later. Car totally fixed and perfect. I must say after all is said and done and after figuring out how they run their business, I couldn’t be happier. Lee knows what he’s doing and if there’s an problem they missed he has no problem taking responsibility and figuring it out. I would definitely recommend this shop.”

“I have to share that I arrived with an unclear noise from the car and I was at almost 4 different garages, each of them told me something different and then they came to the conclusion that it was the car's gear and needed to be replaced. I wasted a lot of time and money and they wanted to charge me 3 thousand dollars at every other garage for a gear. I got to this garage in less than From 5 minutes they realized exactly what the problem was, they fixed it after 2 hours and asked for a very fair price. Don't waste your time. I highly recommend going to this mechanic. Very reliable, professional and honest. If I could, I would also give 100 stars for his service.”

“This shop is a treasure. Although I hadn’t been a customer before and they always seem quite busy, they replaced an about-to-die battery lickety-split for me recently. And especially impressive, they diagnosed and repaired an emergency sudden onset fuel leak basically overnight last week. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Tommy is salt of the earth and he and his guys not only hustle but know what they’re doing. I don’t need to gratuitously diss local Ford Service, but they on the other hand have no customer service skills, constantly upsell, take forever, charge an arm and a leg, and are just awful to deal with. You just gotta have a great and reliable mechanic/shop and this is THE place!”

“I had an issue with my car. Another mechanic told me just to wait until the engine check line came on because the extra noise could be too much to inspect. The mechanic at this shop actually took a look at it and quickly diagnosed the problem as a loose cracked muffler, center pipe, and gasket. He told me I didn't HAVE to do it now and could drive around with it. The cost hurt a little :) but I decided to just get it over with and do it. The car is now quiet and now sounds like it used to. I recommend them because they put in the effort to actually look at the car and diagnose it. And then fixed the problem over one night. Not bad and I will definitely go here again.”

“A Plus 1 is great John now runs repair shop after Jack and Tony retired.My husband bought our 2012 Honda Accord V-6 for a big maintenance: Timing Belt, Serpentine Belt, water pump, thermostat, coolants(2 gallons), spark plugs. Honda engine with VCM had class action lawsuit on foul spark plugs so my husband wanted to replaced and asked John to keep all old parts for inspection: wear and tear.
