“I really enjoy living here. I've submitted a few maintenance requests since moving in and Gabriel has been great at explaining how he is resolving the issue and prompt at resolving it. The leasing and front desk staff are friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend if you want easy living.”

“Ingrid was amazing to us! Moving back from France we didn’t have the best application to present, management for a few places did not want to give us a chance but Ingrid never gave up on us! She easily adapted to the time zone difference and helped put together our application so we could get accepted. She found our home and I can’t express how thankful we are! She is so energetic, positive and promptly sends out all the details and info needed; always sent options that strictly met our criteria! Thanks for finding our home as we move back home❤️ Recommend Rentopia and especially Ingrid R ????”

“1133 was our first home when we moved to NYC shortly before the pandemic and it was truly the best place to live. The staff are the very best and they make everything so much better. The maintenance was excellent, everything was attended to promptly, with no difficulties. Truly one of the best places to live and the best part of our New York story! We unfortunately had to move because we needed more space, but would have certainly stayed if it was an option!”

“We recently move into Willoughby and have enjoyed everyday since. Incredibly helpful staff; reliable, modern appliances; and thoughtful community events for the residents. The Willoughby’s hospitality and and amenities have been a huge boost to our mental health, and the fact that it is so close to many great restaurants, beautiful parks, and major subway lines, is icing on the cake!Don’t see us moving for a while.”

“I am a former tenant of 180 Montague Street.Great building! Very well maintained. Located in the middle of everything (subways on both street corners, a grocery store as a tenant of the building, tons of restaurants near by, minutes from the boardwalk)Staff was great.Highly recommended.”

“This is a great and reliable building to live in. The apartments are designed very efficiently to make most of what is typically a small New York space. The best part of the building is the staff at the front and behind the scenes, working hard to keep the building clean, safe and operating. The maintenance team is super reliable, especially Jamel who is always so professional and polite AND QUICK with repairs! The concierge and staff alone are enough to get me through to another renewal (hopefully). Curtis, Musa, Anthony, Val… what lovely people!”

“I had a wonderful experience finding an apartment with Brownstone Real Estate. It was very easy to schedule a viewing, and Michael made the process smooth and simple for acquiring my new home. I've had experiences with other real estate agencies, and can confirm that Brownstone is among the best. Thank you!”

“Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.”

“I love this building. Been here 4 months, and couldn’t be happier. The staff at the front desk always greets me with a smile and the maintenance staff are very efficient and quick whenever I request them. To people who complain, we live in a building with hundreds of people. There’s always going to be something, but that’s everywhere you go. My experience here has been great so far :) thank you 420 staff for making me feel safe since I’ve been here x”

“I just moved here in January and I immediately regretted living here because no one was getting back to me with simple issues with AC, washing machine, etc. Then REM took over the building in June and everything turned around for the better. The building is kept clean and free of debris. They hired an awesome Supt, Ariana and she is a hard worker and super cool. The Property Manager, Shpresa is so responsive and sweet. You can tell that she cares and is determined to help you out. I don't think I am ever leaving this place!! Love it her!!”

“The building staff here are all wonderful. I'm probably going to botch some of the name's spelling here, but everyone has been warm, welcoming, and super helpful in our time at 80 Dekalb - From Sam, Lumi, Franklin at the front desk to Sammy, Alan, Himzo, Haxji, JC, and Garfield with the building maintenance, to Tim and his team in the office, to the package room team; they are all extremely polite, professional, and super helpful. I even had a completely shot battery in my car one evening, couldn't even be jumped, and as Haxji was getting ready to end his shift he offered me a ride to autozone and even helped me install it...I don't know any Landlord team that I've experienced in my years in NYC that would have done this...As for construction noise in some of the reviews below, I have to say....you're in NYC! I feel like there's always construction in NYC, and especially Brooklyn nowadays. One thing we've learned about NYC when we moved here many years ago is you will never have everything you want in a place. You have to weigh the pros and cons, and if some construction noise during the day time is what you absolutely hate then maybe Brooklyn in this area isn't for you. I am just reviewing the building and staff experience here that my wife and I have had, and it's been a great experience. I feel like that's what these reviews should be; not something that is out of the control of the building's hands, such as when and what construction projects happen in the area surrounding the area...”
