With the amount of packages stolen from this building, at this point the rent should be on discounted. Response has been “it is what it is” as if there isn’t cameras up and through the common areas.There’s new management as of recently so we will see what happens…

Honestly, these apartments are great but the building is being left to fall apart. Insufficient porter services, no communication, nothing is maintained. It's a real waste as the building has a lot of potential. Sadly I cannot recommend because Hello Living stinks and seem like they cannot afford to maintain or manage this... read full comment

Rent here if you want your packages stolen daily (with no management accountability “it is what it is mentality”), slow to respond maintenance requests and Manhattan prices.
