People are so friendly... I literally think not in nyc when I'm there. Some bad reviews with customer service but perhaps they changed. The one time I called and a few times I visited... Only good things to say.

Upon arrival, I felt the attitude of two staff members. I then said to myself this is Brooklyn, I got what I wanted and left. The store is stocked and clean.

This is a nice store, but it is close today and tomorrow. The information should be updated. I walked here 20 minutes to see the closed door and sign on it.
