Friendly helpful staff, with most things that you'll need from a small hardware store

Excellent hardware store. The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. I came into the store crying because I was having a bad day, but left smiling. They went above and beyond both to assist me and to make sure my day got better. We are lucky to have such an amazing local hardware store in Brooklyn.
