Apartment building in downtown Brooklyn. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is a nice building but do not get tricked into paying for the amenities/lounge/gym area. They do not turn the AC on even in 95+ degree weather. And until the end heat season(May 31st) they have the heat blasting in there as well. Unless you like working out in a literal sauna.
