This bank was better when they were HSBC now as citizens they s u c k and I only use it as a backup instead main account now

This Branch is horrible. The manager Ismaela Pichardo did not want to assist or speak to me. I rather go else where!!....

This bank closed my account and I was not able to get money out. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! They will not help you get your money. They will get an attitude with you because your asking questions. I called corporate and they said my account does not exist. But I was able to login to my account online.
