“Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

“Overall this is a great branch that serves community and immediate area. Friendly, polite, accommodating member services representative and tellers. Superior interest rates on the saving , CD and other accounts. This bank offers various accounts for college saving, kids saving accounts, various loans, short-term, long-term CDs and retirements accounts. Pre-COVID offered various workshops on the budget managing and first time home buying. I recommended Ridgewood Saving Bank to my colleagues and neighbors. After I left unsatisfactory review about a notary experience on Wednesday morning, bank immediately responded to the review and bank manager called to apologize.”

“I always come to this bank to make deposits and today I came by to deposit some checks and and alot of coins that were already rolled in paper, there was a bank teller that was very nice by the name of Laura, long story short when I made the deposit of the coins there was a miscalculation and upon her realizing that there was a wrong amount she called me to advise me their was a mistake and that she would make the additional deposit to account for the amount of money that was deposited, that's customer service at its best!”

“There's nothing special about this bank. The employees do their jobs, but nothing stands out. The only reason to recommend it is that there never seems to be a line. If there is, it's maybe a couple of people. There seems to be one CSR when I go in, so if anyone is waiting, there could be a wait, but I haven't encountered it. Get in and out fast seems good to me.”
