I always stopped by this bank and withdraw money ... i never had a problem . It's open 24 hours too

Angela Hernandez is a very fantastic teller, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The manager of the branch Julissa is the negative in the equation I advise you go to one of the banker/tellers for your issues, or just call customer service. Branch also has parking, can’t be beat!
