I recently visited this branch and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs especially Kendri Caraballo. He went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my concerns addressed.

Came all the way from 149th street in the bronx because it was too packed to the one close to me on Fordham road for the community and they dont notarize . Maybe they should fix that !

The saving grace in here is a young lady named Kathleen. This banker works so hard to keep the customers & branch in order. She has helped me open my bank accounts & has always been helpful when needed. The branch does get jampacked after awhile so go in early!
