Location sucks. No one ever knows what's going on.It's always packed & something always wrong with the ATMs.

I don't know what it is, but this branch stays with long lines, even for the atm machines. Can someone please tell me why every time I go to this bank, it's crowded. Are they giving out extra money??? I'll wait on these long lines too.

Very small branch, not enough staff or space for the amount of customers that visit this branch. ATM lines can be out the door most of the time. Wait time for a teller or any assistance can take 15-30 minutes easy. Chase really needs a bigger space in this area or open another branch in 167 or MT Eden.
