Omg Horrible people!!! This is the worst chase bank I ever walked into, they discriminate you talk about you with other coworkers, nasty attitude and don’t help you at all!’ Disgusting place!!!

The people aren’t really interested in helping. I’d rather go to the farthest chase branch than go to this one (which is the closest to me). Yeah, that’s how awful my experience was. I also felt a hint of racism. Sad.

Terrible branch and very poor customer service. They take too long to explain a process. The staff there doesn’t know basic banking questions, and you end up having to teach them the processes yourself.
