“Ray and Eugene was very professional. They helped me with the correct truck size and where and where I couldn’t drive the truck since it’s a commercial vehicle Ray is very funny he should have been a comedian. He had me laughing at the seems. Eugene was he straight man. Super serious but efficient. He showed me the after hours drop off and where to fill up the truck. They make an awesome team. Truck was clean and had all the charging ports I needed to charge my devices. I will only rent from them. Budget the only truck rental people should rent from. Especially from the fordham location”

After a tough morning I showed up right after they closed and all employees were very kind and worked with me. “My apologies I haven't really had time to even put on my experience I done had three or four rentals and I'm going to start on each one the first one was doing the Memorial Day weekend with my wallet got stolen had to get a temporary ID from Department of Motor Vehicles look like a printed out a piece of paper that you can make at home they almost didn't let me get on the plane arrived in New York and I go get my rental in the Little Italy location in the Bronx. raining in the pouring and a long line I don't know how them guys do it in that small location, to be able to get the cars in and out and get the people in and out in the timely fashion but they do. when I got there and they saw my temporary license they didn't really want to deal with it cuz it looked like it was fake, but as I sat with them and waited in line they found a solution for me being able to get my rental and to verify who I was and that I was a presidential member. I really appreciate it them guys to the point I made another reservation thereafter and I thank them for making it easy with the rain and everything going on it was very hard to get things done and they got it done. can't remember anybody's name cuz I haven't been there in a while but everybody there, that's team deserves kudos”
