Long time on line To be service. . same times the tellers are rude. same times do not know what there are doing. Need to security guard.

I don’t have a regular savings or checking account but my credit card is covered by Capital Bank and it’s great and efficient to deal with. No issues with getting into my account at anytime. But I also never miss payments or or max my card. Always try to park my balance or at least the statement balances.

I've been with this bank since they were The Bowery.There have been many changes, but I'm still satisfied with the service.OVERALL: I would recommend this financial institution
