When I went to The bank today I was poor treated due to being African American the entire staff at this branch is Hispanic and very rude if you don’t speak Spanish . I would advice any one not to go To this branch . Please Bank of America review this comment and make A change at this location .

Don't waste your time in this place, everyone is learning, they are not very trained, very bad service, look for another office, you may have better luck.

Theses people say they open at 9 am 11 am no one is at the counter to help you . I came another day 3 pm the lady at the counter refused to help me saying the Person in-front of me is the last one whilst they have not closed yet . They close at 4 pm as stated on their website but came at 3 pm and they won’t service me... read full comment
