“This place is awesome!! Very nice employees- great buy one get one deals and promos, they stock all the top brands, and the coolest part is that I feel like I just went to a zoo for free- they have this large tank and waterfall of koi and other large fish, plus an aviation room where you can be in there with large parts and African greys, among other birds- also the manager has other birds for adoption which is something I can really get behind- support this local gem!”

“Great local pet store! Their prices are always fair and the service always great. The prices on dog toys actually often are cheaper than the bigger pet stores. I do wish that after what feels like decades, that they would fix the automatic opening doors of their store and allow for more seamless entrance and exit from the premises. Aside from that, a happy long time customer.”

“The staff here is wonderful. Literally, every time a customer walks thru the front door, the staff greets them with a cheery, "Hello." Who does that?! I've been going to this store for years. It's always clean + organized. The staff is always happy + ready to assist. The only thing I don't care for, is that they don't sell cases of pet food. They only sell individual cans. They will, if you want, order cases for you and then put them aside for you to collect. However, there's no cost saving.”

The staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the different personalities under their care. They sent us home with blankets, toys and food for our new boy. We will certainly go there for our next rescue!”
“The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and work hard to keep the store clean and organized. One of the associates even carried the bag of dog food to my car when I was on crutches over the summer. My dog is always happy with the food I bring home and the occasional treat.For the most part, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality you’re getting. It would be nice however if the points on the rewards program added up more quickly.”

“Love these guys. Best prices around. Even though we live in Florida now we still stock up on exotic bird food and treats whenever we’re in town visiting the kids. If it’s not on the shelf in the store they have it for me within the week. Products are always clean and fresh. Better than Amazon & Walmart.”
