Staff are very helpful - when you finally get to them. Since the Katonah location closed, I've waited 30+ minutes for the phone to be answered, prescriptions can take days to fill, and the lines for pickup are getting longer and longer. Do not get your prescription here. They are understaffed and you will wait in long lines and often the text alert does not match the actual “filled” status. And they do not answer the phone.
