She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She held the product up front for my friend to simply pick it up. Most store associates would not have been as amazing. “Remember how pharmacies used to be? Well some of us do and this reminds me of one of them. Its clean and the staff friendly. They say hello when you walk in and offer to help. They carry a nice assortment of things you may need for daily life. What really differentiates them from other big brand pharmacies is they feel like they are part of community and they really care. That care permeates in all aspects of their business where it does not in others. As a result their store is cleaner and just much more pleasant then any other big pharmacy in all of Westchester. The prices are always the same as bigger stores in the area with a lot less of that general malaise you will find in big pharmacies.”

“I have to say "They are trying". The place is clean...workers are local, nice people. Seems to be understaffed..It's a hard business now a days. Their biggest problem is their sales. They constantly have buy one get one free. Yet they double the original price. That doesn't work here in NY. Maybe in Pennsylvania it works, not here. Prices are very fair otherwise. Unfortunately they are in terrible shopping center, where the owner doesn't maintain the property, Parking lot is dirty and looks like pot hole city NY.”

“Not a bad establishment for "quick stop" conveniences for cards, gifts, and other "good junk" to make your basket surprisingly total over $50! The store is brigHtly lit, isles are clearly marked with signage, and the store I found it to be clean. I will be returning in the near future as there's always something to be needed and/or forgotten to be purchased elsewhere. The ONLY drawback that I witnessed was for a Sunday late morning - afternoon, the line was forming quickly with a minimum of 10 customers. It was only then that they assigned another casshier to the front register. For a brief moment, the credit card system went "down" - can happen to any store. This latest under 15 minutes.”
