Keith is awesome. Very knowledgeable and uses a wide range of exercises to keep things varied and challenging. He’s a calm guy who motivates and teaches without being intense. Really like this gym.

Great group of people. From beginners to athletes, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Keith is a pro and somehow manages to make every day a little different. This might be the first exercise routine I have ever stuck with! So happy I found these guys.
