“The location is great. Easy access to the van.The U-Haul mobile rental experience was an extra long process. You are going to want to start the pick up process at least 30 minutes early. The verification process took far too long. Doing everything online takes much longer than in person. U-Haul requires photos to be submitted during pick up of the vehicle's exterior and interior. You have to resubmit certain photos that were submitted during registration as well.They request contact phone numbers to verify with outside sources that you are in fact renting a vehicle. The agent that called the contacts marked the first contact as unreachable even tho they spoke with the person directly and hung up on them. They insisted on a second contact and it took more time to move past that step. The contacts should be asked for during registration, not at pick up. There were several additional questions that should have been asked during registration as well. There is a lot of room for improvement for this process.”

The online reservation system was glitching, so I showed up on a very busy weekend, and was able to secure a rental in person with no reservation almost immediately. Turn in was fast and easy. I have not had the same experience at other nearby car rentals (specifically, at the airport) and can't recommend this place enough.”

“Everything was great. Truck and auto transport trailer were ready when I arrived. Truck box had some little debris in it, but I wouldn’t say it was dirty.The equipment functioned perfectly and made the almost 900 mile journey perfectly. Would I rent from this location again?
