“Amazing. Best customer service at the location I went to in New Windsor. Customer service over the phone could have been more helpful when I had car trouble. The road side assistance was unable to give me a proper solution. But when I called the local office I was able to speak to 2 different people that went beyond and over to help me so I can’t get additional charges.
First I had an uneventful day. My car got stuck on my auto transport. The battery died. I used 3 different charger/booster which all got drain by my car. My phone also broke will trying to fix the car. Then I had to buy a new battery. Then the car got stuck in park. The car was unable to get off the auto transport for 30hrs. I had to get my mechanic to shift the gears.
I would definitely recommend the New Windsor location and I would always rent all my Uhaul equipment there too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s”
“Had an issue programming keys for my international c/v truck. Called and they emailed me instructions on how to add new keys to the truck. As they didn't charge me for that the least I can do is leave a good review.”
“(Trailer Hitch Install) The staff was friendly and well-organized. The shop was clean and orderly. They installed a trailer hitch on my '23 Subaru Forester, known to be a difficult installation, without any issues and within the quoted price and time. I would definitely return for future installations. Great job!”
“I have no idea how this branch has gotten negative reviews, unless it was under a different manager at the time. I have nothing but positive comments for the service I received and the Cargo van itself. I dealt with Anthony on the phone numerous times, since I had to change my reservations more than once for weather related reasons. He went beyond in being helpful, accommodating and understanding. When I arrived I worked with Loren who was also very friendly and helpful. The van itself was almost new and drove SO much better than anything I’ve ever rented from Home Depot or U-haul over the years. It was a whole different category in that it was new with lots of safety features, it even had Apple play. It was well maintained and I felt much safer overall driving it than I did in the ones from HD and U-Haul at a BETTER price overall. Highly recommend this branch of Enterprise Trucks and Enterprise vans in general over any of the more traditional commercial rental places. Thank you Anthony and Loren!”
